We provide comprehensive training across the UK in Search, Search Techniques, Navigation and Lost Person Behaviour. The majority of our courses are based at the Frank Chapman Centre however we can also proivde tailored travelling courses on application.

    This course is designed to give the participant the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed by a team member during a Lowland search. Aspiring Search Technicians will leave the course with the skills and knowledge required for missing person incidents and be able to apply them confidently.

    The course is designed to give the participant a practical understanding and appreciation of the roles and responsibilities of the team leader as well as training in the skills to be required to be a team leader.

    The course gives delegates the opportunity to spend the time in the outdoors, typically in groups of 3 or 4, developing their skills. Courses are tailored to individual requirements enabling the very best instruction.

Our training venue, The Frank Chapman Outdoor Education Centre, has been chosen carefully to provide the best possible facilities whilst maintaining our incredibly low prices of £100 per course including accomodation and meals. Those wishing to stay in a local hotel or B&B are more than welcome to do so.
