
UAS Observer
UAS Observer Course is designed to give you the basics of supporting a Drone pilot and how you can be of best use, this can then take back to your teams and embedded.
The course covers aspects such as how to be an observer, laws and regulations to meet, thermal imagery; it also looks at what types of deployments UAS can support.

This course is designed predominately for those who want to become an UAS Observer, but it is also useful to those in planning/management roles who want to get an understanding of what UAS observers do and how UAS can benefit their management role.

Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

The course follows the current regulations and laws required for UAS and is delivered by experienced members of UKSAR organisations.

The course is structured using a combination of classroom sessions, outdoor practical activities & exercises. To maximise quality of learning the course numbers are capped to allow a high instructor/participant ratio.
